Miso in Osnabruck

Very good food, freshly produced, good greeting, beautiful environment, far away for food.

Food is really good and the system invites you to a cozy evening. No stress and hectic.

Unfortunately, the order is sometimes lost and the waiting times are sometimes very long. Food tastes good but is very messy prepared. Rolls fall apart. Parking lot is big.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has deteriorated. And the service was also friendlier. But the ambience is still great.

Unfortunately we were never there again today! No more tablet there! just a strange piece of paper printed very small! The service was good and nice, but still a lot forgotten. Shop was almost empty on Friday 7:00 p.m.! Food / sushi quality very poor! I didn't like anything! Neither do my wife! I don't want to advertise, but Ichi Ban is 1000 times better!

Best food, great service fast and above all great value for money. Meganette waiter and a great atmosphere. Favorite restaurant.

As usual, food is fresh and delicious. As always, service was friendly and made you feel good. Everything just fits here.

Tried out a couple of sushi all you can eat restaurants and this was by far the best in terms of quality and service. Also the ratio between rice and fish/veggies was perfect (not like those cheap AYCE where it's 90% rice to get you stuffed quickly)

Before our visit to Miso, we were a bit insecure because of the many negative reviews, especially in the last few months. Nevertheless, we went to eat there because we were very satisfied with the food and service a few years ago! Our conclusion: A visit to the Miso restaurant is highly recommended. Here you are served by friendly staff and, after a reasonable waiting time, experienced chefs serve delicious delicacies. Why and with what background the negative reviews were created is absolutely unclear and incomprehensible to us. As everywhere in life, things don't always go according to plan, and mistakes happen wherever people work. In a conversation with an employee, we were able to determine the absolute willingness to speak to the guest! Thank you for the nice evening in the restaurant and thank you for the delicious food in your house!

Great ambience (but somehow not Japanese at all) Some time ago the ordering option was changed from tablets to order slips. Something like that works better (and the waiting times are much shorter) The staff there were very attentive and quick last time, but unfortunately the staff there changes very often. The quality of the food is very good, but unfortunately it sometimes takes a long time to be served. In comparison to another Japanese restaurant, both are unfortunately worlds apart. Why unfortunately? Because I live only 5 minutes away from the miso and I like to eat Japanese. Conclusion - food good, ambience good, employees good depending on the shift and form of the day, organization and availability by telephone sometimes poorly. That works much better, dear Miso, changes various points (already described in the many other reviews) and you become a competitor on an equal footing with your competitor in Osnabrück. I would be happy about it and would not always have to go to the city.

The food itself is very good (actually worth 5 stars) unfortunately all you can eat is different. After 4 orders our "note" was no longer heeded, after waiting about 30 minutes and repeated inquiries, some dishes were delivered that we had ordered differently. It's a shame, because the restaurant has a lot of potential.

Food was actually delicious, but after ordering 4 we waited over 45 minutes for the next round. I had the feeling that it was intentional to avoid all you can eat.

Despite my reservation, we waited half an hour and other guests were given priority. Then the boss said that we should wait. That's why we went then. I don't think I go to eat there anymore.

Very friendly and attentive staff .. The food served very tasty and appetizing. If necessary, the concept with the cards should be reconsidered or they could be laminated in (wipeable / disinfectable / reusable) or, similar to other restaurants, switch to a digital solution. This saves you having to pick it up and typing it into the system. All in all, I liked the restaurant because there was enough free parking space.

Since switching from an automated tablet to a handwritten note, my opinion about the restaurant has changed dramatically. We have been sitting in the restaurant for 50 minutes and only got the second round. You really shouldn't come here when you're hungry. The advertised times of 12 minutes per lap are not adhered to! Too bad. On no account go there with children, you really need nerves!

Food was mostly okay, but the service wasn't. Sometimes only waited 20-30 minutes for drinks, one drink was completely forgotten. Food deliveries also took a long time, even when the restaurant was barely half full. Not really a good impression.

Totally bad concept !! Arogante service! Buffet is a haos ... food spoiled in part, not all bad, but totally untidy ... I always ask - where did you learn to cook? Do mall a course, learn something new ... I make sushi better at home ... Unfortunately I strongly advise you not to go ..

Order by writing on paper not ipad. Service slow and bad. Needs 30 minutes per order and they limit the time for 2.5 hours meaning You can order for max 4 round only. Food average. Price is not worth at all. Think twice before step in. I will never come back again. The restaurant is not as crowded as before.
